             भाजपा के .युवा नेता रोहित नेगी की सनसनीखेज हत्याकांड के आरोपियों को पुलिस ने इनकाउंटर के बाद गिरफ्तार कर लिया है।देर रात यूपी-उत्तराखण्डर बार्डर पर नारसन के पास हुए मुठभेड़ में मुख्य आरोपी मोहम्मद अजहर त्यागी के साथ आयुष कुमार उर्फ सिंकदर पुलिस की जवाबी फायरिंग में घायल हो गए। पीएचसी में प्राथमिक उपचार के बाद पुलिस ने दोनों को रिषिकेश एम्स में भर्ती कराया।

    यूपी-उत्तराखण्ड बार्डर पर हुई मुठभेड़

           रोहित नेगी हत्या कांड मामले में हत्यारोपी अजहर मालिक की पुलिस के साथ देर रात मुठभेड़ हुई। मुजफ्फरनगर मंगलौर बॉर्डर में देहरादून पुलिस के साथ हुई मुठभेड़ में दोनों हत्यारोपियों के पैर और हाथ में गोलियां लगी। एसएसपी अजय सिंह ने बताया गया कि देहरादून पुलिस द्वारा अभियुक्तों का पीछा करने के दौरान भागने पर  मुठभेड़ हुई। हत्याकांड का मुख्य अभियुक्त अजहर त्यागी मुजफ्फरनगर मंगलौर बॉर्डर स्थित बरला पुरकाजी(यूपी) क्षेत्र का निवासी है। एक अभियुक्त के दोनों पैरों व एक हाथ में लगी गोली व एक अभियुक्त के दोनों पैरों में लगी गोली। गंभीर रूप से घायल दोनों बदमाशों को पुलिस ने पहले प्राथमिक उपचार केंद्र में भर्ती कराया जहां से उन्हें हायर सेंटर रेफर किया गया।चूकिं, मामला समुदाय विशेष से संबंधित था लिहाजा पुलिस ने बॉर्डर पर अलर्ट किया गया ताकि स्थित पर कंट्रोल रहे। मोहम्मद अजहर त्यागी पुत्र अब्दुल रब निवासी प्रधान पट्टी बरला थाना पुरकाजी जिला मुजफ्फरनगर उत्तर प्रदेश और अजहर का साथी आयुष कुमार उर्फ सिकंदर पुत्र विजय कुमार निवासी मालैन्डी शामली उत्तर प्रदेश के साथ मुठभेड़ हुई है। घटना के बाद दोनों का रिषिकेश एम्स में अस्पताल में उपचार चल रहा है। बता दें कि बीती सोमवार की रात को मांडूवाला तिलवाड़ी के रहने वाले खनन कारोबारी  भाजयुमो नेता रोहित नेगी की गोली मारकर हत्या कर दी गई थी। घटना के बाद से हत्यारोपी फरार चल रहे थे। पुलिस, एसओजी और एसटीएफ लगातार गिरफ्तारी के प्रयासों में जुटी हुई थी।

    पुलिस पर था भारी दबाव

           मामला भाजपा नेता से जुड़ा हुआ था जिसकी वजह से पुलिस पर काफी दबाव था कि हत्याकांड के आरोपियों को जल्द से जल्द गिरफ्तार किया जाए। सोमवार को हुए इस मर्डर के बाद देहरादून पुलिस द्वारा अलग अलग रणनीति पर कार्य किया गया। एसएसपी अजय सिंह खुद जांच में लगी टीम को लीड करते रहे।गुरूवार देर रात हुए इस मुठभेड़ से पहले भी शाम के समय कप्तान ने आरोपियों की तलाश में लगी टीमों के साथ बैठक की। सूत्रों की माने तो मुख्य आरोपी अजहर लगातार अपना लोकेशन चेंज कर रहा था जिसकी वजह से पुलिस को उस तक पहुंचने में दिक्कत हो रही थी लेकिन, रात तकरीबन आठ बजे के करीब पुलिस को अपने सूत्रों से जानकारी मिली की अजहर अपने साथी के साथ यूपी बार्डर पर देखा गया है। पहले से उस क्षेत्र में मौजूद दून पुलिस की टीम ने बदमाश को घेरना शुरू किया इस बीच दूसरी टीम ने भी अपनी कार्यवाही को अंजाम दिया। यूपी बार्डर पर मुठभेड़ के दौरान दोनो बदमाश गिरफ्तार कर लिए गए।
